Welcome to aliciacole.co.uk. This website is owned and operated by Alicia Cole. By using this website and booking services through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Alicia Cole provides infant feeding support, early parenthood guidance, and independent health visitor consultations. Services are offered:

  • In person (East Sussex & surrounding areas)

  • Virtually (worldwide via secure video call)

Support includes clinical lactation consultancy, child health advice, and signposting to relevant services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments are booked through direct communication with Alicia.

  • 50% payment is required the time of booking to secure the appointment.

  • Remaining balance is due at or before the appointment.

  • Initial payment is made via bank transfer and second instalment is payed via bank transfer before appointment, or cash at the appointment.

  • A booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 25%.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50%.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

  • In the rare event Alicia Cole must reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or full refund.

5. Health Disclaimer

All advice provided is based on Alicia’s professional training as a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Registered Health Visitor and Paediatric Nurse. However, consultations do not replace emergency or specialist medical care. Always contact your GP or NHS emergency services if urgent care is needed.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date health information.

  • You are responsible for following up with your GP or healthcare team if recommended.

7. Professional Boundaries

Alicia maintains strict professional boundaries as required by the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code. This includes appropriate communication and social media engagement.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information.

  • Content is for personal use and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alicia Cole is not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of the website or services, except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
